Nepal became a member of the APG in June 2002.  

Nepal is developing its anti-money and combating the financing of terrorism laundering system. Nepal has enacted anti-money laundering laws and has established an FIU.

Nepal's 3rd Round APG MER was adopted by the APG membership in July 2023. The 2023 MER provides a snapshot of Nepal's system as at the date of the onsite visit in December 2022. The full Nepal 2023 MER is available for download via the Documents section of this website.
